Leather up!

It seems the most covetable item d’jour this coming winter will be the leather jacket. Local lads Vincent & Vincent have all your warm winter wants wrapped up in their debut collection which features seven divine creations made from a range of materials including sheep nappa, nubuck goat plus kid suede. Two of the designs are unisex while the other five lend varying degrees of masculinity. Stand out pieces? Well, you can’t go past the mid-length double breasted waterproof sea-coat ($809) available in navy and black, nor the piece d’resistance of their collection: an Italian lambskin one buttoned dinner which comes complete with velvet trimmed collar ($1360), available in navy, grey and black and made entirely here in Perth. These items will be hitting Never End, a new gallery retail space which will be opening on Beaufort Street mid-March (more on that next month!). Vincent & Vincent jackets will also be available for sale online. www.vincentandvincent.com.au
