Isabella Rossellini Brings Green Porno to Perth

Isabella_Rossellini_12Actress Isabella Rossellini is bring her one woman show ‘Green Porno’ to Perth in 2014.  The iconic actress will perform at the Perth Concert Hall on Wednesday, March 19th.

‘Green Porno’ began in 2008 when actor Robert Redford encouraged Rossellini to create a series of short films for his Sundance TV channel.

Rossellini made a series of films which discussed the sex lives of different animals, in each episode the actress appears as the animal in question through a series of creative costumes.

The project was transformed into a DVD and a book and has now been converted in to a one woman show.

Rossellini is best know for her roles in films like ‘Blue Velvet’ and ‘Death Becomes Her’, Rossellini was also a successful model who has worked with most of the world’s top photographers, she also modeled in Madonna’s infamous ‘Sex’ photo book. Her parents were Italian film director Roberto Rossellini and Swedish actress Ingrid Bergman.

‘Green Porno’ will be performed at the Concert Hall on Wednesday, March 19, 2005. Tickets available from Ticketek.
