Kylie Minogue really like ‘The Voice’ because alongside her commitment to be a judge on the UK version of the show she’s also signed up to join the Australian edition. Joining Kylie will be fellow UK coach Will.i.am from the Black Eyed Peas.
The two will replace Seal and Delta Goodrem on the third series of ‘The Voice Australia’. Seal has announced that he’ll be spending his time working on his new album, while Delta Goodrem will be back for ‘The Voice – Kids’ in 2014.
Ricky Martin and Joel Madden will stay on, retaining their swiveling chairs. Madden is now the only coach remaining from the show’s launch, last year Keith Urban jumped ship to be a judge on ‘American Idol’.
On the UK version of the show the coches have included Will.i.am, Sir Tom Jones, Jessie J and Danny O’Donoghue from rock band The Feeling. In 2014 Minogue and Kaiser Chief’s frontman Ricky Wilson will join in place of O’Donoghue and Jessie J. The US show has included Cee Lo Green, Adam Levine, Shakira, Christina Aguilera, Usher and country singer Blake Shelton on it’s roster.
