Grease Heads to Perth

Grease by Jeff BusbyThe musical ‘Grease’ is heading to Perth in 2014. The T-birds and the Pink ladies will be appearing on stage at Crown from June 21 2014.

WAAPA Graduate Gretel Scarlett will be squeezing in to the black leather pants to play Sandy, while Rob Mills will be playing Danny.

The show has already played in Brisbane and Sydney, and is heading to Melbourne soon.

Also appearing in the show are Bert Newton as DJ Vince Fontaine and Perth;s own Todd McKenney as Teen Angel.

There’s no word if Anthony Callea is staying on for the Perth run in his role of Johnny Casino, or if Prisoner star Val Lehman is staying with the show either, we can only keep out fingers crossed.

Tickets for ‘Grease’ go on sale on December 17th through Ticketek.
