Mr Gay World 2014 Announced

Stuart HattonStuart Hatton Jnr, 29, from the United Kingdom has been named Mr Gay World 2014. The annual competition took place in Rome over the weekend.

Hatton is from South Shields where he runs his families dance studio alongside working as a dancer and underwear model. It’s the first time the United Kingdom has won the competition.

Hatton beat Australia’s entrant 34 year old Christopher Glebatsas and Perth resident Ozak, 26, who was representing Indonesia.

Glebatsas is a successful businessman who developed the cosmetics brand LQD alongside his partner Anthony.

The competition featured several rounds that included a job interview, swimwear modeling, talent show and written tests.

Earlier in the week the delegates had a lot of fun splashing around in the pool.
