This is the first time such a competition is being held here in WA and is being put together by the team from Connections in association with PRIDE, WAAC and Bears Perth.

There are some great prizes on offer for the winner including a trip to Melbourne to compete in the Australia and New Zealand final and $500 worth of leather gear!
The Connections team will be donating part proceeds from door sales on competition night directly to the M Clinic.

This is a good fit for M Clinic as the incidence of STIs in the sexually adventurous crowd has been on the increase in the last couple of years and this is a great opportunity to get information about the clinic to this group through the Mr WA Leather competition.

M Clinic offers comprehensive screening for all STIs, as well as symptomatic treatment for men with same sex attractions. Maintaining the peer based approach whilst also employing 2 sexual health doctors and a nurse have enabled us to provide a clinic that is resonating here in Perth.

With the increases in HIV notifications amongst men with same sex attractions in Perth this year it is now more important than ever that we do all we can to make guys aware of the testing sites available to them.

Being part of the Mr WA Leather competition further gets the word out into the community about our services to ensure that men with same sex attractions can monitor their sexual health regularly.

The M Clinic is a no hassles easy to access space.
So if you are interested in competing then pick up an entry form at Fairday at the Connections stall or go online to the Project X website (www.projectx.net.au).

If you would just like to watch the best WA Leather men in action then come along to Connections on Saturday November 13.
