Also in the show will be Matthew Garwood from The Voice Australia, Paulini, Trevor Ashley, X Factor’s Angel Tairua and Prinnie Stevens.

Plus Anja Nissen has joined the bill alongside Andy Dexterity, Jal Joshua, Daniel Russel, Gavin Roach and DJ Amanda Louise.

It Gets Better Ambassador Paulini said she was a big supporter of the initiative following her own teenage experiences of bullying.

“I’m so thrilled to be involved in such a wonderful youth initiative. Like so many young people I was bullied as a teenager and understand the importance of accepting differences and supporting young people – no matter what their background or sexuality. I can honestly say that it really does get better! I’m looking forward to hitting the stage and supporting such a positive campaign – it’s going to be a wonderful show.”

All ticket sales go toward It Gets Better Australia’s local initiatives, including the development of an app to help at-risk youth quickly and easily find local mental health services and support services. The app will be launched later this year.

It Gets Better Live: a Benefit Concert is on Sunday May 3rd at the Big Top at Luna Park in Sydney. Ticket are available from Big Top
