Breakout star Gal Gadot and sci-fi staple James Marsters are just two of the yet-to-be-released plethora of stars heading to Perth for the event.

Gadot, who rose to fame in the ‘Fast & Furious’ franchise, will be here as the world gets hyped for her role as Wonder Woman in the upcoming ‘Batman vs Superman: Dawn of Justice’. Having served two years in the Israeli Defense Force, Gadot doesn’t need a Lasso of Truth to thwart her foes – though no word on whether she will be arriving by invisible plane.

Marsters, best known for his role as the ever-brooding Spike in Joss Whedon’s ‘Buffy the Vampire Slayer’, is sure to send fanboys and fangirls into a frenzy. Marsters and his cheekbones have appeared in other geeky favourites such as ‘Torchwood’, ‘Smallville’, ‘Witches of East End’ and many more.

Supanova are set to announce the full line-up over the coming months, with word that Joffrey Baratheon himself (Jack Gleeson) will be appearing at the Melbourne and Gold Coast conventions.

Supanova 2016 is heading to Perth Convention Centre, June 24 – 26 2016. For more information head to supanova.com.au
