Billy Gilman spins chairs on The Voice USA

Billy Gilman had a huge music career in his youth. Gilman released a double platinum selling album when he was 12 years old and was the darling of the country music scene.

Now the 28 year old is hoping to make a comeback and he signed up to appear on the US version of The Voice.

Earlier this week Gilman took to the stage and performed Adele’s song When We Were Young. Gilman’s performance got the attention of all four judges.

Maroon 5 singer Adam Levine was the first to slam down on the red button and spin around, followed my new coach Miley Cyrus. Just before Gilman finished his tune Alicia Keyes and Blake Shelton also showed their approval for the singer.

The former child star came out in a YouTube video back in 2014, just a few hours after Ty Herndon, another country music star came out.
