Applications for disability forum close soon


Are you LGBTIQ and living with a disability? Maybe you’re the partner or carer of a person with a disability? There’s just days left to apply for the LGBTI Health Alliances Lived Experience Forum.

They’re bringing together LGBTIQ people living with disability from around Australia for an in-person meeting with the National Disability Insurance Agency in Melbourne.

This is an important opportunity for LGBTIQ people who live with disability to meet with the NDIA and share their wisdom gained from personal experience. Funding is available to support travel costs.

This Forum is being conducted by the National Disability Insurance Agency [NDIA] as part of the development of their LGBTIQ Disability Strategy.

The LGBTI Health Alliance is working in partnership with the NDIA to help ensure that LGBTIQ people around Australia are included.

Apply now to join the Lived Experience Forum for LGBTIQ people living with disability and their carers.

Applications Close on 16th March 2017.
