Kylie Minogue embraces the 70's for 'Swinging Safari'

Kylie Minogue is almost unrecognisable in the trailer for the new Aussie comedy Swinging Safari.

The 70’s themed comedy is the latest film from director Stephan Elliot whose previous films include The Adventures of Priscilla, Queen of the DesertFrauds, Welcome to Woop Woop, Easy Virtue and A Few Best Men.  

The new film was originally titled Flammable Children but it’s been given a new name, and will now open in Australian cinemas on 18 January 2018.

Alongside Kylie, the film also stars  Guy Pearce, Radha Mitchell, Julian McMahon, Asher Keddie, Jeremy Sims, Darcey Wilson and newcomer Atticus Robb. Legendary Australian actor Jack Thompson also makes an appearance.

It’s Guy Pearce’s first time working with the director since they collaborated on Priscilla, Queen of the Desert over twenty years ago. The film also sees Pearce re-teaming with Kylie, they were both in Neighbours at the start of their careers.
