Absolutely Not – Strictly Top

Chicago’s glam garage band celebrate diversity with their new music video for Strictly Top. The video features drag artist Lucy Stoole. “You Got a Problem With Me?” vocalist Donnie Moore chants throughout the song.

Alison Moyet – Reassuring Pinches

Alison Moyet is about to release a brand new album and she’s coming to Australia for her first tour in decades. Her fresh tune is foreboding electronica that shows off her powerful and distinctive voice.

Mary Lambert – Know Your Name

Mary Lambert’s got a catchy new tune and retro computer game inspired video to go with it. Lambert sings about how she should probably find out a girls’ name before she drives her wild.

Eivør – In My Shoes

Eivør delivers a song about finding your own way in life. The singer from the Faroe Islands has delivered over a dozen albums in her career but is now releasing more material for the English speaking market.

Boy Radio – Neon Romance

Boy Radio shows off some glitter pants as he cavorts around to his latest disco-house tune. It’s the title track to his forthcoming album.

Taylor Alxndr – Nightwork

Self proclaimed DIY Pop Priestess Taylor Alxndr hails from Atlanta. The queer-transgender artist’s album Noise will be out in July, here’s the first tune Nightwork.

Marnie – Electric Youth

No it’s not a cover of Debbie Gibson’s greatest contribution to the music, but this new tune from vocalist Helen Marnie certainly takes us back to the ’80s. Marnie used to be a vocalist for Ladytron. Her second solo album has just dropped.
