Since forming TransFolk of WA a few years ago, Nick Lawrence has seen the community support group rapidly grow and meet the needs of gender diverse Western Australians.
This week the organisation has been attending the Better Together conference in Melbourne, an important seminar which has allowed them to make connections with similar groups around Australia and provide vital learning opportunities for their delegates.
The organisation, which does not receive government funding, is in need of financial support to meet some upcoming obligations.
