Two years ago today thousands of Western Australia’s gathered in Russell Square for GetUp!’s ‘Love is Love’ rally for marriage equality.
It was the largest turnout there has ever been for a marriage equality rally in Western Australia, and the crowd had boundless enthusiasm as they stood in the pouring rain and heard speeches from supportive religious leaders, politicians, parents and families.
