Among the program is A Cure for Loneliness, exploring lead artist Lauren Marchbank’s perspective as an artist with Decibels (or Down syndrome); solo dance work MATA MATA, honouring the Māori concept of Whakapapa and identity; and Dirty Talk, delving into the mess and shame that can come with sex and women’s pleasure.
