A selection of the state’s to-die-for fine arts, fashion, design and crafts will be on display at the Fine Arts Markets, as part of the 2008 Joondalup Festival on the weekend of April 12 and 13. The entire northern satellite city will erupt in a cavalcade of light, colour and movement with fireworks, continuous live music, a food and wine fair, a spectacular street parade plus a live appearance by singing sensation Katie Noonan.
