‘As a reborn publication just over 2 years ago,’ said WAAC Executive Director Trish Langdon when presenting the award, ‘OUTinPerth has evolved into the must read gay and lesbian publication here in Perth. They have been at the forefront of reporting relevant news stories both locally, nationally and internationally on HIV and AIDS.

‘With a keen eye for detail and a sense of conviction and truth in their reporting… the team of OUTinPerth always strive to give Perth a balanced view of the issues.’
