When the Aegean meets Asia… Exclusive Residence Design Custom Homes

Exclusive Residence builds and designs custom homes with a focus on quality and attention to detail.

The Bespoke Collection is Exclusive’s latest offering of two stunning yet distinct designs- Siam and Santorini.

Inspired by the Aegean Sea, the Santorini combines clear lines and chic minimalism with practical features. A large open-plan living area has glass doors that open to a central courtyard and the rear alfresco area, making it perfect for entertaining.

A wood-fired pizza oven, Electrolux BBQ, swimming pool, outdoor powder room and shower add to the party feel.

Inside the entrance, a suspended staircase with frameless glass balustrades winds its way dramatically past a two-story library.

The upper level of the Santorini contains the master bedroom suite with a walk-in robe, en suite and balcony overlooking the pool, two large bedrooms and a central bathroom, while the lower level has a guest bedroom suite with an en suite, a study and the main living area.

Next door, Asian aesthetics meet modern luxury in the Siam. It features dark polished Blackbutt flooring, tranquil water features and extensive entertaining areas.

A covered alfresco area with a wood-fired pizza oven and BBQ has glass doors that open to the central courtyard making it suitable for all weather conditions and an adjacent games room also has access to the courtyard.

The main open-plan living area and master bedroom suite are on the upper level of the Siam, while the lower level has three queen-sized bedrooms and a central bathroom.

Heated flooring, reverse cycle, zoned air conditioning with linear diffusers, ducted vacuum systems and full security with video monitoring are just some of the features included in both homes.

The Siam and Santorini are at 3 and 5 Derby St, Swanbourne and can be viewed Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday from 2-5pm or by appointment.
