Cher Returns After 12 Years

CherIt’s hard to believe it’s 12 years since Cher released any new material, yes ‘Believe’ was that long ago.

Now here she is with the video for her comeback song ‘Woman’s World’ which is sure to become a staple of gay dance floors across the world.

Cher’s new album ‘Closer to the Truth’ is out in September and features collaborations with Jake Shears from the Scissor Sisters and P!nk, plus production from Timbaland and Paul Oakenfold. A duet with Lady Gaga was originally planned for the labum, but it did not make the final cut. The album will be the singer’s 26th solo release.

The track listing for album is ‘Woman’s World’, ‘Take It Like a Man’, ‘My Love’, ‘Dressed to Kill’, ‘Red’, ‘Lovers Forever’, ‘I Walk Alone’, ‘Sirens’, ‘Favourite Scars’, ‘I Hope You Find It’ and ‘Lie to Me’. A deluxe edition of the album will feature four additional tracks plus remixes.
