Investigators have found that the 65-year-old star of ‘I Am Cait’ had been driving “unsafe for the prevailing road conditions” on the day of the crash which took the life of 69-year-old Kim Howe.

The Hollywood Reporter explain that Ms Jenner’s SUV ran into the back of Ms Howe’s vehicle, forcing it into oncoming traffic.

Ms Jenner could face up to a year in prison pending the results of the final review next week.

The reality star has not addressed the issue on her various television appearances. Jenner is publicly sharing her experiences as a transgender person through her reality program ‘I Am Cait’.

“My heartfelt and deepest sympathies go out to the family and loved ones, and to all of those who were involved or injured in this terrible accident,” Jenner announced in her statement.

“It is a devastating tragedy and I cannot pretend to imagine what this family is going through at this time. I am praying for them. I will continue to cooperate in every way possible.”
