The film’s director, Barry Jenkins, missed out on a nomination in the Best Director category.

La La Land remains the front runner for Oscar glory. The romantic musical comedy staring Emma Stone and Ryan Gosling picked up the most nominations with eleven.

The awards will be held on Sunday February 12 at The Royal Albert Hall in London. Stephen Fry will host the ceremony for the twelfth time.
