The finalists in MAJ Monologues competition on the piquant theme The Seven Deadly Sins have been announced.

Downstairs @ the Maj from Tuesday 15 May to Saturday 19 May.

They are (alphabetically) Argentine Pride by Michael Bowyer, GavinRegrets by Therese Edwards, The Motherlode by Lis Hoffman, The Young Are Revolting by Ben O’Shea, Lucifer ‘as Summit To Say by Meridi Ortega, A Fettler’s Tale by Greg Ross, The Truth Look Strange by Cara Sutcliffe and Greed by Jacqueline Wright. The finalists will have their work performed by professional actors in a five performance season directed by Emily McLean Judges, Benj D’Addario, Emily McLean, Jenny McNae, Hellie Turner and John Senczuk and audience members will vote for allocation of awards totalling $4000.
