Bayswater Council isn’t the only local government body considering voicing their support for marriage equality this evening.
The issue is also on the agenda at Fremantle Council.

Cr Andrew Sullivan has put forward a motion calling for the council to voice their support for marriage equality.
The agenda for tonight’s meeting notes that the council has received many requests from local residents asking them to make the move.
The Fremantle council meeting starts at 6pm
