Going Postal: Can you beat the obstacles in this marriage survey game?

A new video game has emerged online, poking a little fun at the upcoming postal survey on marriage equality here in Australia.

The 8-bit browser based game, Going Postal, asks if you can beat the obstacles and post your YES vote for equality.

As a rainbow tailed envelope, players must jump over rocks, judges, Speedo-clad Tony Abbott’s and complacent Malcolm Turnbull’s to reach the postbox with their vote.

Upon completing the game, players are met with a message encouraging them to vote YES in the postal survey.

“It may not seem like it, but this silly postal vote is the most important moment for marriage equality in Australia,” the message reads.

“We all get the chance to vote ‘YES’ for equality and we shouldn’t take that for granted.”

“So what are you waiting for? Share this game and get your friends and family ready to write those three sweet letters that will mean love is love for every Australian.”

The message is signed by Agency, with a link to their website which features the company slogan – “The creative studio for social change.”

Can YOU beat the obstacles and vote YES? Head to goingpostal.com.au and give it a go!
