Melbourne showed its support for marriage equality with a massive rally in the centre of the city late last month.
An estimated 20,000 people attended the event which was the biggest marriage rally Australia has ever seen.
The rally features a range of speakers ranging from politicians to comedians like Perth’s Joel Creasey.
Proponents of the YES campaign are holding a special event this Thursday at the State Library of Western Australia, where organisers will highlight key dates in the weeks leading up to the postal vote and give advice on how to get involved with the campaign.
Plus there’s a Equal Love rally in Fremantle this Saturday at 1pm, The Fremantle Say YES event will be held at 1 Short Street.
WA Says Yes! A Marriage Equality Love In! will be at the State Library of WA on Thursday September 7th from 6pm.
