Nik Dodani jokes about being Indian and gay on Stephen Colbert

Actor and comedian Nik Dodani has delivered a stand-up set on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, where he makes fun of being Indian and gay.

Dodani is appearing in the new series of TV sitcom Murphy Brown. The show returned to screens in the US this week, more than twenty years after its last episode aired.

In the new series Dodani plays Pat Patel, Murphy Brown’s social media guru. He previously starred in the Netflix series Atypical.

During his stand-up set on The Late Show Dodani poked fun at Indian culture saying Indian culture is pretty gay, and gay culture is pretty Indian.
