Whether you’ve experienced discrimination, stigma, heterosexism or whether your experiences have all being positive, researchers would like to hear from you.

Researcher Lesley Brown is looking to have confidential interviews with people as part of their honours research. It is hoped that insights gained from these interviews will help employers to further improve workplace conditions.

To take part you need to be at least 18 years old, self identify as being under the LGBQ umbrella, and be employed, or have been employed in the last two years, as a FIFO worker for mining company or associated services.

All interviews are completely confidential, if you’d like to take part get in touch with Lesley Brown, 0400 131 086 or email lbrown28@our.ecu.edu.au
