Disney Star Cameron Boyce has died aged just 20

Disney star Cameron Boyce has died unexpectedly aged just 20. The actors family revealed he suffered a seizure while sleeping which was linked to a previously diagnosed medical condition.

“He passed away in his sleep due to a seizure which was a result of an ongoing medical condition for which he was being treated,” a family spokesperson said.

“The world is now undoubtedly without one of its brightest lights, but his spirit will live on through the kindness and compassion of all who knew and loved him.

“We are utterly heartbroken and ask for privacy during this immensely difficult time as we grieve the loss of our precious son and brother.”

The actor has starred in multiple television shows and movies for Disney. As a nine year old he appeared in Mirrors, and then went on to play one of Adam Sandler’s children in the film Grown Ups. 

He was best known for his role is the series Jessie where he played Luke Ross. He also played Carlos de Vil in The Descendents, the series which follows the lives of the children of well-known Disney villains.
