News of the singer’s death was first reported by TMZ who shared that the singer suffered a seizure after disembarking from a flight from California. He was rushed to hospital but was pronounced dead shortly after his arrival.

Jarad Anthony Higgins found international fame last year with his single Lucid Dreams. He quickly released a mixtape and his debut album within a matter of months.  He also collaborated with fellow hip-hop star Future, with two putting out an album together.

His second record Death Race for Love came out in March 2019, and he was reportedly about to release another album in the coming weeks. The musician toured Australia in November.
