Adam Boland on Australian Story

Adam Boland TV Producer Adam Boland is set to share his experiences of depression and bi-polar disorder with the nation on Monday night.

The acclaimed TV Producer who had great success with the Channel 7 program ‘Sunrise’ switched sides to set up Network Ten’s breakfast show ‘Wake Up’ and morning program ‘Studio Ten’.

Just days after launching the programs last year Boland suffered a debilitating mental health breakdown. Now he shares his experiences, vowing never to return to the television industry as he starts a new journey to understand who he is without TV production.

This episode of ‘Australian Story’ is an intriguing look into the high pressure world of television, a man trying to achieve his dreams while managing his mental health and starting over.

Australian Story airs on ABC1 at 8:00pm on Monday March 24th.
