‘Bad Company’: Anne Edmonds and Kitty Flanagan go head-to-head in new theatre comedy

An original new comedy from the ABC brings two of Australia’s funniest women together for an epic battle of big personalities.

Bad Company pits Anne Edmonds and Kitty Flanagan against one another as fierce rivals, taking a dive into life on stage and behind the red curtain.

Edmonds, who we will always remember for her unhinged turn as lifestyle presenter Helen Bidou in Get Krackin’, stars as Maggie Argyle – the over-confident artistic director of the failing Argyle Theatre.

Julia McNamara (Flanagan), a straight-laced corporate type, is tasked with getting the Argyle back on track, while wrangling the theatre’s namesake.

The series also stars Will Gibb, Cameron James, Angella Dravid, Kira Puru and Ben Pfeiffer.
