It’s our birthday and we challenge you to a bake off! All individuals and community groups are invited to enter our bake off competition for a chance to win some great prizes. These include vouchers for Upper Crust Cooking Classes to expand your culinary prowess.

We know you have all been waiting for an excuse to get creative in the kitchen. So this Pride, SWEET will satisfy the cravings of all you cooks and cake lovers.

Whether you’re already a ganache guru or have sweet decorating dreams, there’s a category to suit you. Enter your creation in Best Decorated Cake, Most Erotic Cake or Best Tasting Sweet Baked Good. All entries will also have the chance to be judged Best In Show.

Community groups and organisations are invited to represent themselves in a cake! Will we being seeing a red ribbon cake from WAAC? A pair of dancing shoes from OUTdance? A racquet cake from Loton Park? Or a rainbow cake from Freedom Centre?

Whether you’re baking or not you can look forward to a great celebration on the afternoon of the 18th .
We will be dressed for high tea, sipping champagne cocktails, eating cake and listening to the very talented David Gray and Rebecca Daniels crooning away. David is in the upcoming Pride festival musical, Bare, and Rebecca is one of the new regulars gigging at Ellington’s Jazz Club.
