Chelsea Handler to guest star on 'Will & Grace'

Comedian Chelsea Handler will be a guest star on the upcoming season of Will and Grace. The sitcom’s second season since its revival will begin screening in October.

Handler will play Donna Zimmer, a high powered lesbian client of Grace’s design firm who begins dating Grace’s sister played by Mary McCormack.

The new season will have 18 episodes and network executives are so pleased with the show’s performance they’ve already commissioned a third season of 18 episodes for 2019.

Will & Grace recently received five Emmy nominations including a nod to Megan Mullally as Best Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series.
