Culture Club Return

Culture-Club-in-2014Culture Club has just released a brand new song, their first new song in 15 years.

‘More than Silence’ is the first tune from the bands new album ‘Tribes’ which is scheduled for release in 2015. It’ll be the bands sixth album.

They recorded four albums in the 1980’s. Their first album ‘Kissing to be Clever’ was released in 1982, and was followed by ‘Colour by Numbers’ (1983), Waking Up With the House on Fire (1984), and ‘From Luxuary to Heartache’ (1986).

The band previously reformed in 1999 releasing ‘Don;t Mind If I Do’.

Outside the band lead singer Boy George has enjoyed a successful career as a DJ and solo artist. Boy George has nine sols albums and various dance side projects.

The band are embarking on an 11-date tour in December, featuring Alison Moyet as a special guest.

Over the last few weeks Boy George has been posted teasers of tracks from the new album including a massive ballad ‘Oil and Water’, country sounding tune ‘Runaway Train’ and the funk filled ‘Like I Used To’
