GALSWA Celebrate 20 Years!

The Gay and Lesbian Singer’s of Western Australia celebrated their 20th anniversary last night with a spectacular birthday concert at the Fly By Night Club.

The choir performed a selection of songs including numbers from the musicals ‘The Sound of Music’, ‘Porgy and Bess’ and ‘Sweeny Todd’. The show also featured emotional tunes including ‘True Colours’ and ‘Somewhere Over the Rainbow’.

The show was hosted by the delightful Neville, who also performed a few number by sex gods Robert Palmer, Elvis and Tom Jones.

The grand finale of the show saw the current members of the choir joined by past members on stage for a rousing rendition of the Kool and the Gang hit ‘Celebration’.
