Irish Eurovision Singer Comes Out

Ryan_DolanRyan Dolan, who represented Ireland at last year’s Eurovision Song has announced that he’s gay.

Last year Dolan sang ‘Only Love Survives’ (which we remember for it’s hunky backing dancers).

Dolan made his announcement on BBC Radio One .

“Thinking back now I wish I would have came out about it a long time ago,’ Dolan said, adding, ‘I think my youth was wasted worrying all the time about it. If I had been more open back then I would have been happier.’
The singer’s debut album ‘Frequency’ was released last year, his new single ‘Start Gaain’ will come out in March. The song’s video focuses on two boys in High School who know that they are gay.
