Justin Timberlake releases 'Say Something' third track from new album

Justin Timberlake has released a third track from his forthcoming Man of the Woods album. Say Something is the first tune that fits into the country-vibe that Timberlake hinted his new album would embrace.

The track sees him teaming up with country singer Chris Stapleton, as they walk around Los Angeles’ distinctive Bradbury Building. Clad in a checked shirt and beanie, Timberlake goes for a new lumberjack chic look.

The track was written by Timberlake and Stapleton alongside producers Danja and Timberland, and songwriter Larrance Dopson.

Check out the clip below.

The singer has been quickly releasing videos over the last few weeks, the first song off the album Filthy didn’t get a lot of love from fans, and Supplies, featuring production from The Neptunes didn’t get a lot of attention when it came out last week.

Maybe this will be the tune that fans embrace. Timberlake’s not the only musician going all Taylor Swift and embracing a country craze, Kylie Minogue’s new single Dancing is also doused with a taste of Tennessee.

Timberlake’s Man of the Woods will be released on 2nd February, two days before his appearance at the US Superbowl. It’ll be his first appearance at the football event since his 2004 ‘wardrobe malfunction’ with Janet Jackson. We’re hoping she appears at the end of a number and ‘accidentally’ rips off his shirt.

And yes, we can confirm that while Timberlake’s currently sporting a lot of flannel shirts, there is a new tune on the album titled Flannel.
