Celebrate 40 years of ‘Labyrinth’ with anniversary concert screening

A very special screening of Jim Henson’s beloved 1986 musical fantasy Labyrinth is coming to Perth this October.

Celebrating the 40th anniversary of the classic film, Labyrinth In Concert will present the full film accompanied by a live band, bringing even more life to the Muppet-laden journey.

The film follows the story of Sarah (Jennifer Connelly), who is transported into Goblin King Jareth’s (David Bowie) labyrinth after making a deal to get rid of pesky little brother Toby (Toby Froud).

The live performers will be elevating the sound as viewers take in the film, playing along with Trevor Jones’ score and David Bowie’s original songs, including Magic Dance and Underground.

Labyrinth 40th Anniversary in concert will be at Perth Convention and Entertainment Centre on Saturday, 3 October. For tickets, head to pcec.com.au
