OUTinPerth | So much news… We need your help!

Hello friends and supporters,

This is a very busy time for the OUTinPerth team with essential LGBTQIA+ news breaking on a daily, even hourly, basis.

From the ongoing marriage debate to the government’s postal survey, from this weekend’s WA Labor conference to the frequent rallies occurring across the state, the daily Love Letters and all of the regular stuff in-between; our two-person team is working extra hard to make sure we keep the queer news coming here on the west coast.

Due to the increase in news that is both urgent and critical for our local community, this leaves Graeme and Leigh very little time to stay on top of all of the other aspects of running the publication.

To keep doing what we do, we need your help. If you would like to assist us in continuing to bring you local LGBTQIA+ news, here are three ways you can give us a much needed hand.

1. Become a Patron and pledge a monthly donation.

2. Donate a one-off amount to our GoFundMe account.

3. If you are part of, or know of, a business looking to reach out to WA’s LGBTQIA+ community – consider advertising with OUTinPerth.

You can even share this post on your social media accounts and help us get the word out!

A big thank you to all of you who have already donated to our GoFundMe and Patreon accounts – as well as those of you who give up their time to contribute to the publication – we could not have kept going without you since the magazine’s resurrection last year, and we are eternally grateful.

Love,
Leigh Andrew Hill and Graeme Watson
Co-Editors
