2007 Pride Patrons Kelly and Sam Pilgrim-Byrne welcomed their daughter to the world on Wednesday 26 September at 9:04am. Charlotte Kathleen, who was weighed 7lb 10oz and was 51cm long, is the Pilgrim-Byrne’s first child. The Pilgrim-Byrne’s told OUTinPerth that Charlotte Kathleen is ‘a very content little baby’ and that Sam ‘is well and recovering.’ Kelly and Sam thank everyone for their support and lovely messages and said that although they won’t be at Fairday, veteran gay rights activist Rodney Croome will be speaking on behalf of the Pride Patrons.
