Queer to Air: how to develop good coping strategies for mental health

The Freedom Centre’s new podcast Queer to Air is releasing one episode each day of Pridefest.

Two recent episodes discuss developing coping strategies. The first episode looks at when coping strategies go wrong. Lewis, Chase and Max share their personal experiences of how they have tried to reduce stress in their lives.

The follow up episode focuses on developing good coping strategies, with Avery, Jay and Belinda kicking off the conversation by looking into how sport and exercise can be an important part of self-care.
