Hello my sweets, sending a little Panache your way!

March has arrived kiddies! There’s only a few weeks left for you to get your tickets, to see Bette Middler impersonator extraordinaire Julia Jenkins. Julia and the Ruby Roses will be at the WA Italian Club for Clubwest on Saturday March 26. Purchase a ticket to this event and you will have the chance to win a double pass to see Cyndi Lauper! Alongside Julia Jenkins you’ll also be entertained by the three resident Clubwesties Den Mum, Lady Tammy Lampax, Cheeri Ontop, plus the stunning Swish Eveready, a performance from me and Kodi Pendant and upcoming draglets Elixir and Aria. Miss DD Merits will also be appearing and you can expect to see a classic Village People act from the Clubwest dance troops. The drinks are cheap, the dance floor will be pumpin’ and the DJ will play on after the show! To get down and dirty with the frocked community, get your tickets at www.clubwest.com.au before tables sell out!

Let’s get down and dirty and give it to you straight! Did I say I give it to you straight? I meant gaaaaaaaaaaaaay! Though you wouldn’t think it after someone in our community from ‘New York’ went smack down when they got into some fisty cuffs and then went under the knife, and I don’t mean by choice (I mean, who likes fisting?). Quite a few people say that this New Yorker had it coming, and that she was bound to get into trouble sooner or later, we are talking about a girl who has been kicked out of Connections. However, a little message from Panache would be, let’s not use physical abuse to harm one’s enemies – get a column. I love this New Yorker though, she got right back up with her head held high and marched right back into life. Nice work lover!

Is it just me or is it getting hot for you under the collar? If so, get ready for The Courts ‘Exposed 2011’, being described as WET, WILD and RAUNCHY! It is the summer party that involves a foam machine, a wet t-shirt contest, spas and much more! Make sure you cool down on Sunday March 6, from 6pm until the clock strikes twelve. Folks, for this one, dress to get wet!

Some people say I should get off my soap box, but if what I’ve heard is to be seen some other queens might need one, or maybe really bigger heels.

Tuesday nights at The Court are now a Zumba Party! The menu is all Mexican with a choice of Burritos, Enchiladas & Nachos with a choice of a Corona or Tequila Sunrise for $15. Go get your sauce on! It should be calorie neutral if you join in the dance action.

My god, Tuesday’s Mexican, Wednesday’s mud wrestling, Thursday’s steak nights, Friday’s drag time, Saturday’s a party, Sunday’s are suburban Subiaco. Why doesn’t someone make Monday night a pajama party so we can all catch up on sleep.

You are in for some interesting changes at Connections Nightclub. After Feminem and I camped things up with a bit of a production number for Famous Fridays, the excitement is sticking! But from here on in, when you go down to Connections to see your favourite drag artist, don’t be expecting to see what you love about that artist. The Friday girls are being given a choice of only three tracks to perform to. So if you like a queen for a certain reason, their choice of tracks or the presence they hold on stage, you may now find them out of their box… or way inside it! Is this the wisest decision, taking the individuality away from the girls? Time will tell!

Did someone lose their theatrical voice recently, try Grindr. Granted you can find almost everything there.

If you’ve been keeping up to date with me on Facebook you’d know all about Perth’s locally produced drag talent quest, ‘Drag ’til death do us part’. This competition has taken drag to a whole new level! I am very much looking forward to joining Val Nourished on the panel to select the winner, at the grand final on Tuesday night at 7pm, March 22nd. Until then, you can catch resident judge Val Nournished, alongside Ryan Schulz, with PERTHonality guest judges week to week, and of course the contestants. The set is located at Studio88: 348 Victoria Road, Malaga. Public are welcome to enter for a drink and watch the production LIVE as a studio audience member. These girls are fighting hard! Each week involves special challenges, tasks, betrayal and elimination! For the latest, log onto www.www.outinperth.com or add me on facebook, bia’tch!

Until next issue my sweets, poke me 😛
