Dolce and Gabbana respond to Elton John Boycott
Fashion designers Dolce and Gabbana have responded to singer Elton John’s call for a boycott of the brand.
Domenico Dolce sparked controversy with comments he made regarding reproduction in an interview with Panorama magazine.
“You are born and you have a father and a mother,” he said.
“Or at least that’s the way it should be, and that’s why I’m not convinced by children from chemistry, synthetic babies, uteruses for rent, semen chosen from a catalogue.”
Jessie J Cancels Perth Show
Pop star Jessie J cancelled the remaining dates of her Australia tour including her Perth show.
The singer was scheduled to play Challenge Stadium on Friday night.
It’s not the first time that the British singer has let down her Perth fans. Back in 2012 she cancelled a performance at the Future Music Festival and a sideshow at Challenge Stadium.

The ABC reported that a witness in the murder trial of Warren Batchelor has spoken to the Supreme Court.
Daniel Wade Jones and Mark Taylor are on trial for the murder of Warren Batchelor, 48, at Middle Swan Reserve in November 2013.
Bachelor was previously a well known DJ in Sydney performing as DJ Coco.
