Sheldon is the last contestant is Boy George’s camp and each week he’s gone from strength to strength, and his outfits have become substantially more outrageous.

Last night Sheldon secured enough votes to stay in the competition after singing Katy Perry’s song Rise. Coach Boy George advised him to channel some Shirley Bassey into his performance.

Next week he’ll face off Perth lopping beat boxer Sam Perry who impressed the audience with his rendition of Queen’s Bohemian Rhapsody, heartthrob Ayden Calafiore who delivered a suave performance filled with flying backing dancers and previous winner of The Voice- Kids Bella Paige, who gave Celine Dion a run for her money belting out All By Myself last night.

The elimination last night saw the last of Delta Goodrem’s artists being knocked out of the competition. Operatic singer Ben Clark and pub-rock singer Trent Bell were Delta’s last two hopes of winning the series and both were sent packing.

While Boy George is mentoring Sheldon Riley, Joe Jonas is advising Ayden Calafiore, and Kelly Rowland has two singers still in the game with Sam Perry and Bella Paige.

The final episode of The Voice airs on Sunday night on Channel Nine.
