Singer / actor Christine Pedi, who’s currently appearing in the long running off-Broadway production ‘Newsical’ has delivered a hilarious video showing other famous actresses auditioning for the part.

Pedi delivers some funny impersonations of Broadways other grand dames including Liza Minnelli, Patti LuPone, Julie Andrews and Bernadette Peters. Ever wondered what Julie Andrews singing Beyonce might sound like?

Take a look at the video.

Pedi’s impression of Carol Channing offering to deliver a sixteen bar cut of ‘All About that Bass’ is wonderful line!
