A new ad campaign from Calvin Klein has been reported to Russian authorities for potentially breaking the countries ‘gay propaganda’ laws.

The law, introduced in 2013, was passed by Russian lawmakers “for the purpose of protecting children from information advocating for a denial of traditional family values.”

Russian publication 29 reports that a complaint was lodged with Russian authorities, saying the advertisement contains “elements of propaganda of homosexuality and paedophilia.”

The campaign video for Calvin Klein’s new scent ‘ck2’ features a number of couples, two of which are comprised of same-sex partners with the slogan, “A new scent for the two of us.”

Russian authorities have not yet responded to the advertisement.
