Dr Who Stars Head to Perth

Dr WhoFan of the TV show Doctor Who have a chance to meet several of the stars from the TV show in 2014.

Matt Smith, who just handed over the lead role in the series, and Karen Gillan, who played popular companion Amy Pond, are both heading to Perth for ‘Whoniverse’.

The fan convention will tour Australia in March beginning in Sydney on March 1st, then heading to Perth on March 2nd before visiting Adelaide and Melbourne the following weekend.

Also scheduled to make a stop in Perth in the new year is another Doctor Who actress, Billie Piper. Piper will be appearing  at Oz Comic Con from March 29-30th at the Perth convention centre.

Also appearing at Comic Con is Kevin Sorbo (Hercules) , Nana Visitor (Star Trek Deep Space Nine), Shannon Doherty (Beverly Hills 90210, Heathers, Charmed) Holly Marie Combs (Charmed) and a host of other sci-fi stars. Find out more at the Oz Comic Con website.
