Killer queen Tkay Maidza is back with her new track ‘M.O.B.’ and she’s ready to slay. The bouncy rap banger is just the latest from the unstoppable nineteen year old from Adelaide, who is flying high on a string of infectious beats that will undoubtedly become quintessential summertime jams.

Maidza describes ‘M.O.B.’ as a letter to her future self, a declaration to work hard without complaining, stay focused and channel ambition as a weapon for success. Tkay has already begun to manifest her own destiny, collaborating with Grammy-award winner Andrew Dawson who has also worked with other massive talent including Kanye West, Jay-Z, Childish Gambino and The Rolling Stones.

She has also gained some global notoriety since landing a contract with The Agency Group, who currently represent Angel Haze, Danny Brown and Action Bronson, just to name a few. She also cemented her name at home, making her way into Triple J’s Hottest 100 for the first time.

‘M.O.B.’ will feature on Maidzas upcoming debut LP, expected later in 2015, but you can catch Tkay sooner as she joins this years massive Groovin The Moo festival line up. Tkay is also performing sideshows with Charlie XCX across the country – which is sure to be an incredible team up.

You can listen to M.O.B. on Tkay’s Soundcloud and check out our most recent chat with Tkay here. For more information on Groovin The Moo festival visit www.gtm.com.au
