Cory Bernardi has illustrated his rainbow Trojan Horse

Australian Conservatives leader Senator Cory Bernardi has expanded on his belief that the push for marriage equality is a ‘Trojan Horse’ that is trying to stealthy change Australian society.

The South Australian MP appeared on Sky News yesterday and said it was reasonable to debate a wide range of issues in the context of allowing same-sex couples the right to wed.

Senator Bernardi said the Safe Schools Coalition, an anti-bullying program, and marriage equality were linked because the same people advocated for both.

This afternoon the senator released a new poster giving more detail to what he possibly considered to be some issues hidden inside the marriage debate.

‘Thought Police’, ‘Fake News’ and ‘Political Correctness’ were depicted in the new poster.

While SBS, ABC, Get Up! and The Australian Human Rights Commission are depicted on the soldiers shields.

The Twitterverse has been quick to react to the latest campaign poster.
