Queers 4 Reconciliation – Finding Common Ground

Q4R WorkshopsThe experience of discrimination is common ground for both Queer and Aboriginal communities. Queers 4 Reconciliation (Q4R) formed during Pride 2006 to support indigenous queers in WA, recognizing that Aboriginal GLBTIQ people often feel alienated even within the queer community.

Q4R aims to raise cultural awareness about Aboriginal culture and history & also to promote friendships between Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal queers.
